Global bus and coach manufacturer, Alexander Dennis Limited, choose Creative Emporium for online shop development
Global bus and coach manufacturer, Alexander Dennis Limited (ADL), has worked with Creative Emporium to revolutionise the ordering and management of their branded merchandise with the launch of a bespoke ‘e-shop’, www.alexanderdenniseshop.com
The e-shop is powered by using ‘CO3’ technology – a unique online ordering and e-commerce system designed and developed completely in-house by Creative Emporium.
Responding to the need for a simple interface that allows for quick and simple call off of stock from anywhere in the UK – by both ADL employees and end users, such as bus and coach enthusiasts – the e-shop was custom-built to meet these requirements, as Keith Watson, Director of Customer Development at Alexander Dennis, explains:
“The CO3 system has removed all the hassle, administration and hidden costs out of ordering branded merchandise and clothing, so it enables staff at Alexander Dennis, our business partners and subsidiaries to manage all of this from one central system and ensure brand consistency throughout”
Allowing Alexander Dennis complete control of all procurement activities, it allows for flexible payments to suit their accounting needs, order approval via unique user access and sign off processes, and an online reporting tool to give them full access to user data, buying behaviour, orders by geographic region, product sales and more – to enable them to monitor and analyse trends.
Creative Emporium’s global clients are already seeing the benefit of CO3 – with the system in place across 18 websites, in several languages and in over 30 countries throughout the EMEA region – with the University of Manchester, London Business School and leisure equipment brand Precor, among its recent clients which have had a bespoke CO3 system installed.
