After 8 years with our existing system, we’re moving ahead with a new bespoke quote, order & contact management system. This slick new piece of programming puts us ahead of the game and should now become an integral part of our approach for the foreseeable future. Our quote to delivery process (at the heart of our business) will now be quicker and easier, with improved quality control and tighter management of logistics, whilst allowing for improved sharing of information between our different departments. Thanks go to Dave, who has managed this project and is now providing training for everyone in the office, making it a smooth transition for all involved.
