Darren goes further for charity

Fitness mad MD Darren has so far raised over £3000 for Breast Cancer Campaign by running in the 2009 London Marathon. Buoyed by his recent performance in the 13 mile Great North Run, Darren took on double the miles (26 miles and 385 yards to be precise) in order to try and double the donations!
According to race organisers, the London Marathon is now the largest annual fund raising event in the world with around 35,000 participants raising over £41.5 million. Darren’s chosen charity, Breast Cancer Campaign, aim to ‘beat breast cancer by funding innovative world-class research to understand how breast cancer develops, leading to improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention and cure’.
