We’ve recently joined the 10:10 campaign but now Creative Emporium are joining Sponsor Trees and the “Million Tree Campaign”. It’s our way to celebrate another great year… and help the environment. Think of it as a little seasonal extra.

Sponsor Trees will be planting one hundred fruit trees in Ethiopia on our behalf ranging from mango and guava to avocado and date.

The world has lost close to half of its forests already to-date, and the continued high rate of deforestation contributes greatly to climate change and the loss of biodiversity.

Sponsor Trees work with companies and local tree planting organisations to help fight global warming and the climate crisis. They plant millions of trees every year in developing countries and will ensure our trees will provide as many benefits to the local communities as possible.

Each tree absorbs approximately 25kg of carbon emissions each year meaning 1 ton is removed from the atmosphere over a 40 year lifetime. The trees convert this CO2 into things people can use like food, shelter and medication and thus carbon offsetting is not the only benefit of trees to our environment.
