Due to our excellent service levels and quality of the merchandise we produce, one of our clients, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) have just announced their intention to extend our contract to supply them for a further 12 months.

We originally tendered for and won the contract to supply promotional merchandise to RMBC in 2009. Dealing direct with their design and print department we supply all their promotional merchandise and clothing.  At the start of the contract a bespoke Promotional Search Portal was designed by our web design partners, Newmediaboutique, so that RMBC could search through a wide variety of different promotional products.

This proved extremely popular as it was a simple and easy to use system that provided lots of inspiration to our client when deciding on what promotional merchandise to order. Shortly after being awarded the contract, the annual Rotherham Show took place of which Creative Emporium provided all the promotional merchandise. We were able to complete all orders within 7-10 days of the request for what is one of the highlight events of the year for RMBC.

The extension to the contract will take us through till the end of 2011. Gavin Faulkner, Sales Manager at Creative Emporium says “We are delighted to hear that RMBC have decided to extend their relationship with us and look forward to another busy year with them in 2011!”
