Sustainable Development Policy

Creative Emporium’s Sustainable Development Policy seeks to ensure that our business management systems and decision-making processes take account of environmental, social, and economic issues. These include operating in an ethical manner, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and requirements and continuously improving our performance in a cost-effective manner.

Our Commitment:

To ensure the continued delivery of quality services to our customers, the environment and other stakeholders across our operations.

To ensure that our practices meet and where possible exceed minimum legal requirements for reducing adverse environmental impact.

To consider the balance between economic, environmental and social aspects of our business decisions against sustainable development principles.

To listen to and work with our customers, employees, regulators, investors and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in the sustainable development of our operations .

To manage the business in an environmentally responsible manner, as far as is reasonably practicable, and to continually strive for integrated, long term and flexible solutions through which to manage our impacts on the environment, society and economy.

To develop environmental awareness in staff, visitors and stakeholders.

To establish a stimulating and safe working environment in which a sensible work/life balance is promoted, appropriate training is provided, and which includes a diverse range of individuals.

Reduce, reuse and recycle as the cornerstone to the approach to environmental sustainable development practices.

The practice of responsible energy utilisation and management through reduced consumption and the encouragement of energy efficiency throughout the business.

Choosing products and suppliers which minimise negative environmental impacts subject to necessary budgetary constraints.

Minimisation of waste by reduced consumption and the development of effective waste management and recycling procedures.

Continued monitoring of its environmental policies and practice.

The Managing Director is responsible for the implementation of this policy and will make the necessary resources available to realise our corporate responsibilities. The responsibility for our performance to this policy rests with all employees throughout the company.
