Creative Emporium

Creative Emporium has been working with Orange Retail since 2006. We were approached to address some of the issues with their existing uniform supply: incorrect or incomplete orders, inconsistent branding and uncompetitive prices. We stepped in to provide a fully customised solution taking all needs into account. The key was setting up a bespoke on-line ordering system, seamlessly integrated into the Orange Retail intranet. Orange’s 400 or so stores can call off stock as and when required, with goods dispatched in 24 to 48 hours, reducing response time, wastage, required stock levels and overall costs. The system is flexible; including options for individual customisation of name badges (graphics are available to represent the various skills of staff). With so many stores, we assigned a dedicated production tracking team, ensuring all orders are correctly dispatched and delivered. We also have dedicated secure warehouse space and keep many items in stock to help speed up the process. The relationship continues to be a great success, providing Orange with an unparalleled service and peace of mind with their uniform requirement (and providing us with a highly valued client).
